Rustic property in an area of great natural beauty, the westboundary is a small river that eventually flows into a beach on the south coast. Most of the land is irrigated and there are many fruit trees.
The house originally dates from 1896 was reformed in 1997, without leaving its essence transformed into a comfortable and functional home, where a spacious living room that opens onto a south facing terrace is the centerpiece of the house. Kitchen with access to the terrace on the ground floor we also find two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with Roman shower and bathtub. A large garage with workshop area and laundry cover the north facade of the house. On the top floor we find two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
A cistern transformed into a swimming pool, the remains of an old ferris wheel and a dry stone house give a special charm to this property located in a place where the only sound comes from nature.
