Villa Marlena offers stunning views over the mouth of the Rio Arade, and behind there is the skyline of Portimao. The villa is located just 400 meters from the famous beach Praia Grande and it is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday near the beach and the ocean. The villa has a private pool which is heated by solar panels, a sauna and 5 large and comfortable bedrooms.

Villa inside: Spacious living room with dining area with a dining table and 10 chairs. From here there is access to the fully equipped kitchen. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a bathroom.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with extra large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
Apartment: Down at the pool area, there is created an independent apartment, ideal for teenagers or just for example elderly parents who are glad to be able to have some rest and privacy. The apartment has its own living room, integrated kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a large storage room.

Outside: Spacious garden with lots of privacy and a private heatable pool. You can work on your tan on one of the ten nice sunloungers by the pool. Under the partially covered terrace is a nice lounge set, where you can enjoy the view. There is a barbecue, large table and ten chairs to have a nice meal outside.
