Go Asset Finance Ltd is a leading provider of working capital to high end pawn brokers, asset backed lenders, traders and dealers. Part of the Go group of companies, the business was established to exploit recent exponential growth in asset backed finance, pawn broking and high value/luxury goods pledged lending.
Investment highlights:
1. The income bond:
- Interest: 10% per annum. The income bond pays a gross interest rate of 10% per annum;
- Payment frequency: Monthly. Interest is paid monthly at the rate of 0.83% per month;
- 2 years term;
- Security: fixed and floating debenture secured on all assets of the Company.
2. The growth bond:
- Interest: 12% per annum. The Growth Bond pays 12% per annum, compounded annually. As the bond is a 2 years bond, this calculates to a return of 25.44% upon Maturity;
- Redemption upon maturity. The growth bond does not feature regular interest payments, and the investor must wait until the 2 year anniversary of the bond to receive their capital and interest of their original investment (125.44%);
- 2 years term;
- Security: fixed and floating debenture secured on all assets of the Company.
